UKFABAC Convention Ticket Cancellation Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Administration Fee: All bookings for the UKFABAC Convention, a private company event, include a non-refundable £45 administration fee. This fee is only refundable if the event is cancelled or rescheduled to a date you cannot attend.

  2. Cancellations Before 30th June 2026: Cancellations made on or before 30th June 2026 will receive a full refund, minus the £45 administration fee please email hello@facepaintingconvention.com

  3. Deposit Payment: If you pay a deposit for a ticket but fail to pay the remaining balance by the specified deadline, your ticket will be void, and no refund will be issued.

  4. Cancellations After 30th June 2026: Cancellations will not be accepted after 30th June 2026. This date is the final deadline for all cancellation requests.

  5. Method of Cancellation: Cancellations and ticket changes must be made via email to hello@facpaintingconvention.com. Requests via social media, voicemail, or through staff members will not be accepted.

  6. Transfer of Tickets: You may transfer your registration to another individual, provided you notify hello@facepaintingconvention.com. The replacement ticket holder must be a professional artist or someone pursuing their interest in face painting.
