This prestigious and much-loved bi-annual convention has long been a highlight within the face and body art community — celebrated for its creativity, education, and strong sense of connection.
As the new custodians of the event, BAPIA is committed to honouring its rich foundations, while bringing fresh ideas, renewed energy, and continued investment into its future.
With decades of experience supporting and educating creative professionals across the balloon, party, face and body art industries, BAPIA is passionate about championing artists, raising professional standards, and creating safe, inclusive spaces where creativity can truly thrive.
This year, we are also proud to introduce a dedicated focus on health and wellbeing.
We recognise that behind every creative business is a person — often balancing long hours, physical demands, and the pressures of running a business. Our aim is to create an environment that not only inspires creativity, but also supports the wellbeing of our community.
As part of this, we will be raising awareness and funds for Breast Cancer Now — a cause that is deeply meaningful to many within our industry.
This is a new beginning — built on respect for the event’s legacy, a genuine love for the industry, and a thoughtful vision for what lies ahead.
